`\settocpreprocessor` será removido

Aviso ao compilar projeto com árvore TeX Live corrente:

Class memoir: `\settocpreprocessor` is marked deprecated and will be removed in 2026, the problem it tried to solve (see [manual](https://mirrors.ctan.org/macros/latex/contrib/memoir/memman.pdf), section 9.2.3), has been fixed in the kernel, and the feature is no longer needed.

The deprecated command \settocpreprocessor is used in abntex2.cls at lines 83-90 and 471-484. First, read the memoir manual section 9.2.3 to understand the kernel fix. Then, examine those lines to see how the preprocessor is set and remove or replace the calls. Test by compiling a sample document with the current TeX Live to ensure no warnings appear.
