Description

### Description

Whenever I try to run a `linux/amd64` container or build an image, I get an `exec format error` message:

```console
❯ docker run --platform linux/amd64 ubuntu:latest uname -a
Unable to find image 'ubuntu:latest' locally
latest: Pulling from library/ubuntu
Digest: sha256:6042500cf4b44023ea1894effe7890666b0c5c7871ed83a97c36c76ae560bb9b
Status: Downloaded newer image for ubuntu:latest
exec /usr/bin/uname: exec format error
```

- [ ] macOS Intel >= 14 (Sonoma)
- [ ] Apple Silicon <= 13 (Ventura)

### Output of `colima status`

INFO[0000] colima is running using macOS Virtualization.Framework
INFO[0000] arch: aarch64
INFO[0000] runtime: docker
INFO[0000] mountType: virtiofs
INFO[0000] socket: unix:///Users/andyfreeland/.colima/default/docker.sock

### Reproduction Steps

1. On an Apple Silicon Mac, run `docker run --platform linux/amd64 ubuntu:latest uname -a`.

### Expected behaviour

The image builds/container runs correctly.

### Additional context

I think this started happening after lima was upgraded to 0.19.1, but I'm not positive.
