Description

### Description

While colima is running and a docker instance is running, closing my laptop does not seem to prevent power drain. With Colima running my battery goes from 100% to 20% in a few hours. Closing my laptop extends this to 5-6 hours. Often meaning I come back to my computer to see its about to die, even though earlier I closed the laptop with < 70%

Without Colima running, my battery lasts almost all day. Maybe 6-8 hours unless I'm doing very intensive graphics.

My current fix is to kill colima everytime I'm not working, but this can often be a tiring workflow. Is there a way to support MacOS app nap settings / tools.

### Version

Colima Version: v0.5.5, git commit: 6251dc2c2c5d8197c356f0e402ad028945f0e830
Lima Version: v0.17.0
Qemu Version: v8.0.3

### Operating System

- [ ] macOS Intel <= 12 (Monterrey)
- [ ] macOS Intel >= 13 (Ventura)
- [ ] macOS M1 <= 12 (Monterrey)
- [X] macOS M1 >= 13 (Ventura)
- [ ] Linux

### Output of `colima status`

INFO[0000] colima is running using QEMU
INFO[0000] arch: aarch64
INFO[0000] runtime: docker
INFO[0000] mountType: sshfs
INFO[0000] socket: unix:///Users/**********/.colima/default/docker.sock

### Reproduction Steps

1. Leave Colima and Docker running overnight
2. Come back to very low battery/dead

### Expected behaviour

Battery drain no more than 5%, if that.
