Colima can't access the internet, i/o timeout

hey
running colima:
colima start --dns 1.1.1.1
M1 13.5.2
getting 1.1.1.1:53 i/o timeout
when doing colima ssh and ping google.com getting bad address
tried to reinstall colima, sign QEMU, change to slirp but nothing is working.
