Colima start fails with ~/.lima/colima/basedisk: no such file or directory

### Description

This has happened to multiple people, daily. Can do colima start and stop multiple times, but every once in a while, colima start fails with:

We are all running Mac M1 Pro computers

We need to do a colima delete, then colima start will work. However we lose all our images and need to build/pull them again.
