Update Alpine Lima

### Description

There have been some fixes for Rosetta and improvements to serial logging for VZ to the Alpine Lima image. I have a PR that will resolve this for us here: https://github.com/abiosoft/alpine-lima/pull/7/files. I built and tested it out with colima locally on x86_64 on my laptop. It works as intended, wondering if we could get a new release?
