Colima 0.5.5 config doesn't state the default value for `mountInotify`

### Description

`colima --edit` doesn't say if mountInotify defaults to true or not:
```
# Propagate inotify file events to the VM.

mountInotify: true
```
Other entries have a `# Default: xx` entry.
