Way to install specific version of ubuntu layer using colima --layer=true

### Description

Currently whenever we set --layer=true it by default pulls the layer from ubuntu:latest, I am looking for an option to specify a specific version of ubuntu layer like 22.04 instead of latest.

I am new to colima, If there is already a way to do this, any suggestions on how to achieve it is much appreciated.
