Unable to run container with --env-file

### Description

Getting following error when trying to run container with --env-file argument:
FATA[0000] invalid environment variable:
FATA[0000] exit status 1

Colima Version: 0.5.4
Lima Version: 0.15.0
Qemu Version: 7.2.0

### Operating System

- [ ] macOS Intel <= 12 (Monterrey)
- [X] macOS Intel >= 13 (Ventura)
- [ ] macOS M1 <= 12 (Monterrey)
- [ ] macOS M1 >= 13 (Ventura)
- [ ] Linux

### Output of `colima status`

INFO[0000] colima is running using macOS Virtualization.Framework

INFO[0000] runtime: containerd
INFO[0000] mountType: virtiofs

### Reproduction Steps

1. nerdctl run --rm -p 8080 --env-file env -v ./test.json:/app/test.json -w app -u node image_name:local

### Expected behaviour

It should start up the container with propagated env variables.

### Additional context

Command was working on qemu type. After changing to vz type, issue appeared
