Vendoring Lima and other dependencies

I see Lima 0.15.0 is out today, and I imagine it will have impacts on people who install with homebrew, as they'll suddenly pick up colima 0.5.2 with Lima 0.15.0.

I'd be interested in reports of success/failure.

Also, I know your intent is to eventually vendor lima so this sort of thing won't result in instability. I'm not sure there's an issue for it... So here's an issue :) Thanks!
