k3s configmap reset to default value after restart cluster

### Reproduction Steps

1. kubectl edit configmap local-path-config -n kube-system
2. change `"paths":["/var/lib/rancher/k3s/storage"]` to `"paths":["/some/path/in/mac"]`
3. create a pvc, local-path-provisioner succeed create dynamic pv in `/some/path/in/mac`
4. colima stop
5. colima start
6. kubectl edit configmap local-path-config -n kube-system
7. the `"paths":["/var/lib/rancher/k3s/storage"]` restored

### Expected behaviour

Expecting configMap local-path-config remains `"paths":["/some/path/in/mac"]`.
