Cannot find docker container logs when log-driver is set to syslog

### Description
Hi, I configured docker to use log-driver: syslog via colima's configuration file, ran some containers but I cannot find any containers' logs in neither macos syslog nor colima vm syslog.
Is it a bug or am I missing something?

Colima Version: 0.4.4
Lima Version: 0.11.3
Qemu Version: 7.1.0

### Reproduction Steps
1. add 'log-driver: syslog' to docker section of colima configuration
2. run some containers which will put something to their logs
3. check syslog
### Expected behaviour
syslog will contain logs from containers
