supoort docker sandbox

### Description

docker released 'docker sandbox' and i am very confused if this should work in colima or not and if this is just open source or part of some docker desktop closed stuff. but its clear we need some kind of agent sandbox that is just a single command away. at least we should add docker sandbox is not supported to the docs if this is not possible.
