'colima update' fails with error message about Ubuntu Mantic Release file

### Description

I noticed the [colima 0.8.1 changelog](https://github.com/abiosoft/colima/releases/tag/v0.8.1) says that the runtime can be updated using `colima update`, but when I try it, it fails like this:

### Reproduction Steps

1. Run `colima update`.
2. I get the error in the description.

I expected the update to succeed.
