Unable start colima in mac M3

### Description

Trying to start colima using this command
colima start --cpu 2 --memory 4 --arch x86_64

Getting hung with message below

INFO[0000] runtime: docker
INFO[0001] creating and starting ... context=vm

### Expected behaviour

should start colima with docker
