Docker-in-Docker devcontainers

### Description

When using colima to spin up VS Code devcontainers, the docker-in-docker image in combination with minikube for kubernetes does not set up networking correctly. The pods do not have internet access and can not pull their respective images.

1. Set up a devcontainer with kubernetes in docker feature enabled
2. Try to install any helm chart
3. The pods fail to pull their images

### Expected behaviour

Pods can pull their images aka the pods have internet access.
