Feature requeset: Resource saver mode for colima

Thanks for such an amazing project, that is way more stable than docker desktop!

By using colima everyday, I just noticed that the qemu keeps running, M2 Macbook Pro became a bit warm and battery drains fast. Not sure if there's an option in colima such that when not interact with colima for a given period of time, colima just send the docker process in idle mode to save battery and CPU. Look at the colima source code to understand how it manages the QEMU VM lifecycle. Investigate existing idle detection mechanisms and how to integrate a resource-saving mode similar to Docker Desktop. Check for existing configuration flags and daemon processes. Determine what 'idle mode' entails—possibly pausing the VM or reducing CPU usage—and how to safely resume.
