Suggesting [Dither Portrait](https://github.com/0xharkirat/dither-portrait) for the Tools section.
A GitHub Action that turns a photo into an animated dithered SVG for a profile README. Light and dark variants, transparent background, and it honours `prefers-reduced-motion`.
Playground: https://0xharkirat.github.io/dither-portrait/ — dithers a photo locally in the browser and hands back the matching workflow.
Pull request already open at #1768, so this issue is only for visibility. Happy for it to be closed in favour of the PR.
