GitHub CLI auth multiple hosts

I use gh with a GHES and github.com

It would be nice if git-spice would be able to use the `--hostname` flag based on the remote in the git repo to retrieve the correct token for the repo (e.g. `gh auth login --hostname` github.com vs `gh auth login --hostname github.mycorp.com`).
