Logout button Move from top navbar should move to Sidebar

**Description**
The current placement of the "Logout" button in the top navbar is not optimal. It would be more user-friendly to move the "Logout" button to the sidebar at the bottom. Additionally, the "User Profile" should also be positioned at the bottom of the sidebar. When hovering over the "User Profile," a side modal window should open with options for "User Profile" and "Logout."

Look for the top navbar and sidebar components in the frontend codebase, likely in a components directory. Identify where the logout button is currently rendered and move it to the sidebar. Implement a hover effect on the user profile to trigger a modal with the two options. Check for existing modal components and styling. Verify the changes by running the app locally.
