Daily language journal

Instead of a plain streaks functionality, add a daily language journal where learners write a few sentences in the language they are learning.

Each language should have a separate journal per user to allow users to learn multiple languages at once.

To not discourage learners, the journal functionality should only open for learners who have been learning a language for a while.

Journal's could have prompts. For example, if it's a user's first day, the prompt might be to write the name of one thing they see in their surrounding in their target language.
