The maximum full path to an object file is 250 characters (see CMAKE_OBJECT_PATH_MAX)

I am running the latest code
I carefully followed the [README.md](https://github.com/abetlen/llama-cpp-python/blob/main/README.md).
I searched for my issue but no hope.

I am trying to enable gpu overloading for my ggml model "TheBloke_Wizard-Vicuna-13B-Uncensored-GGML"
with these commands :

1-pip uninstall -y llama-cpp-python
2-set CMAKE_ARGS="-DLLAMA_CUBLAS=on"
3-set FORCE_CMAKE=1
4-pip install llama-cpp-python --no-cache-dir
but step four did not work, also tried pip install llama-cpp-python --force-reinstall --upgrade --no-cache-dir, but no hope.

when I try normal pip install llama-cpp-python it works correctly but with no --no-cache-dir

I did try to install visual studio and download UWP and cmake

I am running:
windows 10
radeon r5 5600g CPU
radeon RX 750 GPU
