Permission denied when pulling Docker image

# Expected Behavior
I expect to run a model locally on an X86 mac with

```
./run.sh --model 7b
```

# Current Behavior

```
./run.sh --model 7b

> Error response from daemon: Get "https://ghcr.io/v2/abetlen/llama-cpp-python/manifests/sha256:b6d21ff8c4d9baad65e1fa741a0f8c898d68735fff3f3cd777e3f0c6a1839dd4": denied: denied
```

# Steps to Reproduce

1. Clone repo
2. cd into base directory
3. `./run.sh --model 7b`
