Is this repo maintained?

Hi, I just fell over this package and it looks super sweet. It would be nice to integrate it into my work flow. Using it caused an exception, though, and there are 30 open quite similar issues, no commits for a year, and a failing Travis CI build.
Is it being actively maintained or has it fallen a bit by the wayside? It definitely looks like the coolest such project for Atom.
