CSS Native Variables Leaking Between Projects

In the picture, the darker color has not ever been used in this project, it is from another project (atom project folder in the tree view) that used the same variable name. It does not seem to recognize this or even override the other color. I have verified that the proper color (the lighter one) shows up in browser.
