[Feature Request] Color Picker

This would be the best package if it could just have a color picker like the chrome dev tools has. I know there are packages that are meant for plugins to add color pickers.

The request is for a color picker similar to Chrome DevTools within the Atom editor. Look at existing color picker packages for Atom to understand the integration pattern. Examine the pigments package structure to see how colors are currently displayed and where UI components are added. Determine what 'done' looks like by checking if there are any mockups or more detailed comments in the thread.
