Entrypoints change detection failed to detect entrypoints when submodule of module changes

Context:

Two `-dir`s passed to entrypoints - `dir123` and `terraform`. `dir123` has many entrypoints that use module `terraform/abc`. Module `terraform/abc` uses module `terraform/xyz`. If I change module `terraform/abc` change detection works as intended. If I change `terraform/xyz` then it detects no entrypoints.
