[Tidiness] Cron job to clean up empty folders

### TL;DR

Often times people will want to remove GitHub repos or GCP projects but that's actually a 2-3 PR process. Removing the main.tf file, realizing you have to set the policy to delete, then going back and cleaning up the empty folder.

It would be nice if there was a cron job that would go through and find dangling TF folders from deletion efforts and remove them. Or at the very least propose a PR for removing them.

Suche nach vorhandenen Cron-Jobs oder Bereinigungsskripten in der Codebasis, wahrscheinlich unter einem Verzeichnis 'scripts' oder 'internal'. Verstehe, wie Terraform (TF)-Ordner erfasst werden und was als 'leer' gilt. Der Job muss nach Verzeichnissen ohne main.tf oder mit einer Löschrichtlinie suchen und sie anschließend entweder löschen oder einen PR erstellen. Prüfe vorhandene PR-Automatisierung oder CI/CD-Workflows, um zu sehen, wie sich dies integrieren lässt.
