- [ ] Source maps / debug mapping from MIPS → COOL line numbers
- [ ] REPL / incremental compilation
- [ ] Bytecode backend
- [ ] LLVM backend (big dependency, big payoff)
- [ ] Documentation of internals (IR format, calling convention, object layout)
