beads installation and explanation missing from quickstart

The AGENTS.md file describes using `bd` to manage issues, but there is no mention of its installation in the quickstart guide. New users are likely using goosetown without beads.

While the AGENTS file generally explains why the `bd` integration exists, it isn't clear if the humans or the agents are meant to use it, or if it should be used across sessions.
