Toad as ACP server failed to parse WriteTextFileResponse

**Describe the bug**

I use Goose as ACP server and Toad as ACP client. Sometimes Goose tell Toad write file and then fails to parse Toad response.
At first I thought that it is Toad's fault, but when checking again ACP specs, it turns out that Toad is conforming to the spec and Goose fails.
