Create notebook showcasing use of Caching

As a follow-up to #189, We should create a notebook showing how to use caching and when it makes sense to use it and when it doesn't (e.g. Permutation vs Combinatorial, small dataset vs large dataset).

Review issue #189 to understand the caching implementation context. Explore the pyDVL codebase for caching utilities and examples of permutation vs combinatorial use cases. Create a Jupyter notebook that demonstrates caching with small vs large datasets, explaining when it is beneficial. Ensure the notebook includes clear examples and explanations, and test it within the project's environment.
