Beschreibung
This was removed in #303, due to an attestation failure on the actual PyPI upload caused by implicit reuse of the previously created attestation from the TestPyPI upload.
"Official" guidance seems to be to not upload to TestPyPI and PyPI in sequence to avoid this issue. Hence, when thinking about how to re-enable TestPyPI uploads again, we have a few options: On push to `main`, on manual dispatch after a tag push, or similar.
