Height of RotateAnimatedText should be static and take biggest text

Height of RotateAnimatedText should be static and take biggest text. When we have multiple texts with different line size then when the text changes, during the transaction from one text to another all the widgets below it comes up. It looks weird.

**Expected behavior**
Height of the widget should take max text size and make it static so that on the change of the text from one to another. Other widgets below it does not get impacted.

Look at the RotateAnimatedText widget in the package. The issue is about the widget's height changing during text transitions, causing layout shifts. Find where the widget calculates its size, likely in the build or layout methods. Compare the heights of the provided text strings and ensure the container uses the maximum height statically. Test by creating a sample with texts of different line counts and verifying the surrounding widgets don't move.
