Ability to control entry/exit animations of RotateAnimatedText

Currently. there is no way to control the direction of `RotateAnimatedText` for entry/exit animations.

**Describe the solution you'd like**

* Ability to override exit animation for example to fade out and up or out and down.
* Ability to override entry animation for example to fade in and down or in and up.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
Creating a custom text animation appears to be the only valid alternative, however, I feel like this can be built into the current widget.
