UI Layer

While a simple CLI exists, torrent applications generally have a proper GUI for convenience. For this issue, write a GUI layer for rainstorm. Propose what features the GUI will have, what tools you'll use to implement the GUI, and how it'll integrate with the rest of the codebase

PS: This is a pretty big issue, try and work as a team, and worry not you will be rewarded handsomely (with points) for any progress you make in this department
