Plotting and Better Visualization

This project requires a module which enables users to plot graphs based on the position, velocity and acceleration of particles over time. This will provide more forms of visualization. Please feel free to collaborate for this issue since this is large, adequate points will be provided.

The issue describes adding a plotting module for particle position, velocity, and acceleration over time. First, examine the existing simulation code to understand the data structures for particles and their time-series data. Look for any existing visualization or output modules. Determine what plotting library or graphics API to integrate (e.g., SDL, a simple graphics library, or generating data for external tools). The goal is to produce graphs from the simulation data.
