progress bars are always displayed, also on TERM=dumb

This leads to lots of noise in logs files in my tools, since I am running some progress bars on kubernetes clusters.
It would be great if ProgressBar would output either nothing or a line-by-line progress report (without using `\r`) when it cannot detect a terminal.
