Are custom builds a possibility?

It would be really nice if I could cherry pick _only_ the filters I want, kind of like UI-Bootstrap.

Having traipsed through the codebase a little bit, there seems to be some somewhat tight coupling - specifically with the `filterWatcher` provider.

That said, this is a fantastic project, great work!
