Port sample apps to template-based workflow

Migrate existing sample app (restaurant finder) to demonstrate the latency and fidelity benefits of the Template Profile.

Proposed tasks:
- Replace the schema-based composition logic in the Restaurant Finder sample with the new template-based logic.
- Migrate to v0.9 spec.
