A2A_MCP example execution

@holtskinner Hi! Thank you so much for providing us with all these great code samples! :)
I have a quick question about running the A2A_MCP project.
Are we supposed to create an A2AClient to run directly the Orchestrator?
I am asking this since only the Orchestrator communicates with all the other agents via the
A2AClients encapsulated in each node, but there's no code sample to run the Orchestrator which activates the entire workflow.

Can you please clarify if this is supposed to be the the entry point for the entire project or am I missing anything else please ? :)

Das Issue verlangt ein Codebeispiel oder eine Dokumentation, die zeigt, wie Orchestrator ausgeführt wird, um den Workflow zu aktivieren. Suche im Repository nach vorhandenen Einstiegspunkten, README-Dateien oder Beispielskripten. Ziel ist es, den Ausführungsablauf für neue Mitwirkende zu verdeutlichen.
