"Try in Firebase Studio" button does not work (Can not create workspace)

### What happened?

Clicking the "Try in Firebase Studio" button shown on the README file gives an error while initializing the environment: "Can not create workspace". `error.log` is shown below.

Steps to reproduce is just clicking the Firebase Studio button. Thanks.
