[Task]: 1.0: Run TCK tests against 1.0 implementation

Currently some TCK tests are running in CI ([run-tck.yaml](https://github.com/a2aproject/a2a-python/blob/main/.github/workflows/run-tck.yaml)) for JSON-RPC (see #639).

This should be done as a part for 1.0 migration as well.

It is setup for Java 1.0 RC [here](https://github.com/a2aproject/a2a-java/blob/main/.github/workflows/run-tck-1.0-wip.yml) ~against a [a2a-tck/spec_1.0](https://github.com/a2aproject/a2a-tck/tree/spec_1.0) branch~ TCK merged 1.0 tests to `main`.
