There seems to be an issue with access/permissions when installing with snap. See [this SO question](https://stackoverflow.com/questions/58128001/could-not-open-file-lol-json-permission-denied-using-jq).
`parq` needs to use `confinement: "classic"` (which requires sign-off) with snapcraft or to be moved from snap to apt.
