Beschreibung
In some cases we consider hw=residential without sidewalks still routable. People will walk at the side of the road and depending on the road that is fine.
But speedwalk does not connect those centerline routes to separate sidewalks when those are at the other side of the road.
We cannot really resolve this with tagging given that there are no sidewalk to connect to…
