Missing strings to translate

While working on the French translation I noticed that some strings were not available for translation:

- [ ] `Choose project -> New project` in the header
- [ ] All the texts in the modal filter selection "popup".
- [ ] In `Map style`, the small help tooltips (¹,²) can't be translated.

In that `New project` page:

- [ ] The first `or...` can be translated but not the 2nd.
- [ ] `Import current view`
- [ ] `Draw an area...`
- [ ] `Save a copy of the osm.xml after importing`
