There's a *tiny* gap between the scrollbar and it's panel.
I looked very briefly, but didn't figure it out.
The method which creates the vertical scrollbars is [Slider::vertical](https://github.com/a-b-street/abstreet/blob/master/widgetry/src/widgets/slider.rs#L46)
