Description

One of the more unrealistic parts (and seemingly easy to fix) of current gridlocks is that cyclists are also stuck.

In reality cyclists would overtake cars (by driving in space between lanes) or by switching to walking.

Please close if that is actually hard to implement, but would it be possible to add dynamic conversion between cycling and walking (only in case of a traffic jam attracting cyclists, with sidewalk available without rerouting)

I propose to add event added on cyclist stopping, triggering in "N minutes. If cyclist moved more than 30 meters then do nothing. Otherwise convert cyclist to pedestrian and walk section along planned route where sidewalk is also present and later convert back to cyclist.

It would reduce one of unrealistic parts of AB Street gridlocks and maybe make them a bit more rare.

(During testing of new traffic model yesterday I ended with gridlock made out of cyclists alone, what was a complete nonsense)
