Description

simplemine files getting transferred like
scp -P 2023 -r /home/acedb/wen/simplemine/sourceFile/ acedb@caltech-curation.textpressolab.com:/usr/caltech_curation_files/pub/wen/simplemine/
scp -P 2023 -r /home/acedb/wen/simplemine/multiSpeSimpleMine/ acedb@caltech-curation.textpressolab.com:/usr/caltech_curation_files/pub/wen/simplemine/scp -P 2023 -r /home/acedb/wen/simplemine/FPKM/ acedb@caltech-curation.textpressolab.com:/usr/caltech_curation_files/pub/wen/simplemine/
scp -P 2023 -r /home/acedb/wen/simplemine/GeneNameSanitizer/ acedb@caltech-curation.textpressolab.com:/usr/caltech_curation_files/pub/wen/simplemine/

But do you want to transfer them separately, or just as a batch ? Do you need multiple locations to symlink, or just the final one ?
