Description

To be mounted as volume (we could use same format as user_files in curation_forms):
main location on tazendra: /home/postgres/work/pgpopulation/wpa_papers/pmid_downloads/

files/dirs needed:

  • done
  • xml
  • rejected_pmids
  • removed_pmids

script to be dockerized:

  • get_new_elegans_xml.pl
